My aspirations for this blog are to entertain my readers as I chronicle the events, mishaps, successes, failures, and all-around adventures that Edvaard and I encounter on our 6-month escape to Costa Rica. Edvaard is my three-eyed sock puppet pal and, as you will see, he is very photogenic! I will update as often as I have something interesting to say!

Not missing much here except a foot of snow fell last night. When I returned home from a Blackhawks game at 11:30PM, I had to shovel the driveway just to get into the garage. Exactly what I wanted to do....
